Esplanade Golf and Country Club at Lakewood Ranch is seeking a friendly, dependable Pool Attendant to join our hospitality team. Requirements

• 1 year experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
• CPR certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are important.
• Ability to work outdoors in warm weather conditions.
• Reliable, punctual, and service-oriented.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Primarily Monday-Friday with some weekend availability required.
• Outdoor role in a resort-style, member-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to members and guests in the pool area.
• Monitor pool activity to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment.
• Maintain cleanliness of the pool deck and surrounding areas following daily procedures.
• Support overall pool operations with a hospitality-first mindset.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with members and team members.
