About The Position
The Highlands at Harbor Springs is seeking a reliable and motivated Pool Attendant to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining safe and clean pool facilities through proper chemical monitoring, routine cleaning, and oversight of pool pump operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable performing physical work both indoors and outdoors. Pool maintenance experience is preferred but not required. Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to perform physical labor.
- Ability to work early mornings and in varying weather conditions, including handling pool chemicals safely.
Nice To Haves
- Pool maintenance experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain proper pool chemical levels to ensure a safe swimming environment.
- Clean and maintain pool areas, including removing debris and ensuring overall facility cleanliness.
- Monitor and maintain pool pump and filtration systems to ensure proper operation.
- Perform routine inspections of pool equipment and report any maintenance issues.
- Follow all safety, health, and chemical handling procedures.
- Assist with maintaining a clean and welcoming pool environment for guests and staff.
