About The Position
The position involves washing, mopping, and cleaning the pool deck while promoting a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests in all recreational activities and areas. The individual will observe activities in the recreational facility and respond appropriately in emergencies according to local operating procedures. Responsibilities include promoting the rules and regulations of the recreation facility, being aware of situations where guests may not safely participate in activities, and providing assistance to injured guests until emergency medical services arrive. The role also requires obtaining, folding, and stacking towels according to company procedures, reporting accidents and unsafe conditions, and completing safety training and certifications. The individual must follow company policies, maintain a clean and professional appearance, and protect company assets. Additionally, welcoming and acknowledging guests, anticipating their service needs, and developing positive working relationships are essential. The position requires compliance with quality assurance standards, visual inspections of tools and equipment, and the ability to move and manipulate objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
