About The Position

Hilton Grand Vacations is currently looking for a Pool Attendant who enjoys promoting a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests in all recreational activities and pool areas. The ideal candidate will express an upbeat and enthusiastic attitude while providing exceptional customer service to every guest. This role involves greeting guests warmly, maintaining cleanliness in the pool and fitness areas, and ensuring that all amenities are stocked and available for guests.

Requirements

• Prior customer service experience.
• Ability to communicate well with guests in English.
• Ability to tolerate environmental factors such as humidity, cold/heat, dust, and noise.
• Able to efficiently perform basic arithmetic operations (add, subtract, multiply, and divide).
• Able to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs. with reasonable accommodation.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior hospitality experience.
• CPR Certification and First Aid certification.
• Basic level Japanese language skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet each guest immediately in a friendly and sincere manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service, including information about resort services, activities, and local attractions.
• Collect and replenish pool towels, monitor inventory to minimize loss, and ensure towels are stocked and dirty towels are removed.
• Maintain cleanliness of the fitness center and activities center.
• Display a professional image at all times through appearance and positive conduct.
• Assist co-workers with their job duties and be an outstanding teammate.
