About The Position

Are you ready to make a splash? Our Pool and Beach Attendants are valued members of our fun department and we're looking for you! It is a place where you will find the best of everything that the area has to offer. It will feature residences, shopping, dining, entertainment, commercial, retail, hospitality, and recreation.

Requirements

  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service with experience in the aquatics, recreation or hospitality industry
  • Energy, a great attitude and strong work ethic
  • Effective communication skills
  • Flexibility to work after-hours and weekends as needed
  • Ability to attend meetings and community events as scheduled
  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
  • Valid state driver's license for the class of vehicle you are driving, maintain a clean motor vehicle report, and hold current automobile insurance at statutory limits

Responsibilities

  • Assisting the Lifestyle Director in leading activities, games, crafts and special events throughout the community
  • Serving as reservation clerk for onsite amenities including kayaks, non-motorized watercraft, paddleboards, and toys
  • Facilitating the distribution of equipment and games
  • Organizing set up of pool chairs, loungers, and umbrellas
  • Tactfully enforcing association policies and procedures while providing the highest level of customer care
  • Doing laundry, folding pool towels and ensuring a clean and inviting environment for guests
  • Preparing sites for upcoming reservations
  • Setting up and hosting weekly special activities
  • Resolving customer service concerns in a professional and positive manner
