About The Position

Smoker Craft, Inc currently has an opening for a Pontoon Framer/Decker! This position works from our plant in New Paris, IN. Starting pay is $20.09/hr. and with positive reviews can be increased to $22.09/hr. after 60 days. After the first week of work, employees are eligible for an Attendance Bonus averaging an additional $50+/week! Shift Schedule is 6 am to 2:30 pm, Monday-Fridays currently.

Requirements

• Experience using a screw gun.
• Continuous bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, and kneeling.
• Occasional crawling, climbing, reaching above shoulder level, pushing, pulling, twisting.
• Continuous lifting up to 50 lbs. and occasionally up to 100+ lbs.-team lift.
• A quality-minded individual who can complete tasks in an orderly and timely manner compliant with an assembly line.
• Decision making skills.
• Someone who can contribute to a team working environment to accomplish one common goal.
• Willing to work overtime and possibly multiple or different tasks daily as needed.

Responsibilities

• Installing pontoon framing & decking, ensuring proper fit and secure fastening.
• Use of hand-held power tools.
• Produce quality work within the given time frame.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Flexibility in job assignments to move when needed and changing working hours.
