Prototypes is one of the nation's leading behavioral healthcare providers and is a 'prototype' for such organizations. Prototypes Women's Center in Pomona is a 180-bed residential facility for women and women with children. Our interdisciplinary team of professionals provides comprehensive substance use disorders, mental health, and psychiatric treatment that ranges from 60 days to 6 months. The On-Call SUD Counselor is a registered or certified substance use disorder professional who maintains registration from an approved/accredited California agency. The Counselor works in collaboration with other members of the multidisciplinary team to ensure best possible treatment outcome for the client and provide treatment in accordance with HealthRIGHT 360's philosophy, where program schedule requires additional staff. The On Call SUD Counselor provides supervision and oversight of the clients and children throughout the facility with shifts ranging to provide 24/7 coverage. The On-Call SUD Counselor is an integral part of an interdisciplinary team that supports our clients through assessment of their needs and strengths in support of their health and recovery. On-Call SUD Counselor will perform counseling in individual and group setting, deliver curricula in accordance with program specific requirements and case management, and assist clients in navigating systems of care while providing a supportive treatment environment.
