Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in science, Chemistry, Biology, or similar degree required.
  • strong background in pharmaceutical manufacturing and supporting facility operations, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards (previous work in CGMP environment is preferred).
  • Ability to work effectively with others in a team-oriented environment and independently when needed.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to work with precision and thoroughness/detail-oriented
  • Ability to work with a strict safety manner
  • Possesses good organizational, communication and technical writing skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office.

Responsibilities

  • As a polyvalent manufacturing technician, you manufacture Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) in a highly regulated clean room environment (w ork in BLS2/BLS3 environnement following CDC regulation).
  • Attend training courses on the specifics of the production process and working with highly potent / active ingredients and p repare operating SOPs, work orders based upon knowledge obtained from training on the aforementioned process.
  • Maintain and update all Batch records and SOPs as required.
  • Uphold and execute Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in accordance with written SOPs and ancillary documents.
  • Understand and implement the security practices of the facility and the manufacturing process of regulated select agents and maintain adequate supplies to perform the execution of the manufacturing processes.
  • Operate and troubleshoot purification system (AKTA, Unicorn software).
  • Understand and utilize the logistics of supply chain (FIFO).
  • Maintain and up-to-date inventory of supplies, raw materials, and product and appropriately transfer or ship any API and or raw material.
  • Maintain waste management (treat, handle and dispose) for the production waste as per HTL’s SOP.
  • Appropriately clean and maintain all equipment used in the manufacture of the product.
  • To maintain and update all equipment logbooks.
