About The Position

The Polysomnography Technician is responsible for the administration of neurologic tests, including but not limited to PSG's, PSG with CPAP, and MSLT. This role involves working closely with clinical staff and neurologists, gathering patients' medical histories, providing explanations for testing, and ensuring that patients are prepared for procedures. The technician will report any findings to the physician for further analysis and perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must complete ASTEP Program within 6 months of hire and pass registry within one year of program completion
• High School/GED
• Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation certification

Responsibilities

• Responsible for administration of neurologic tests, not limited to PSG's, PSG with CPAP, MSLT.
• Works closely with clinical staff and neurologists.
