About The Position

Sentara Halifax Regional Hospital, in South Boston, VA, is currently hiring a Polysomnographic Sleep Technologist to work a Part Time, rotating shift. Works under the supervision of the Department Manager/Coordinator to perform and evaluate overnight polysomnogram testing procedures in accordance to laboratory standards. Sentara Halifax Regional Hospital is fueled by the expertise of a well-established medical staff representing more than two-dozen specialties, while remaining focused on excellent care. Services at this hospital include cardiovascular services, emergency services, family birthing center, hospitalist program, imaging/radiology services, laboratory services, nephrology services, orthopedic services, rehabilitation services and surgical services. Requirements

Minimum of High School Grad or Equivalent (Required)
Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPT) (Required)
Virginia Licensure as a Polysomnographic Technologist (Required)
BLS
1 year of related work experience (Required)
