About The Position

Sentara Halifax Regional Hospital in South Boston, VA is currently hiring a Polysomnographic Technologist to work a Flexi/PRN, rotating schedule. The position requires at least one 12-hour shift per week, primarily on nights and/or weekends. The role involves working under the supervision of the Department Manager/Coordinator to perform and evaluate overnight polysomnogram testing procedures in accordance with laboratory standards.

Requirements

• High School Grad or Equivalent (Required)
• Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPT) certification (Required)
• Virginia Licensure as a Polysomnographic Technologist (Required)
• BLS certification (Required)
• 1 year of related work experience (Required)

Responsibilities

• Perform and evaluate overnight polysomnogram testing procedures.
• Work under the supervision of the Department Manager/Coordinator.
