About The Position

The Polysomnographic Technician II performs accurate Polysomnographic testing and adjusts sleep disorders treatments as directed by a physician to accurately and effectively diagnose and treat patients with Sleep Disorders. This role also involves supervising trainee and PSGT level I technologists. Requirements

Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a Sleep Disorders Center
Minimum of two (2) years of college in Allied Health classes OR seven (7) years of patient healthcare experience
Registered as a Polysomnographic Tech (RPSGT) or (RST) or Registered Respiratory Therapist - Sleep Disorder Specialist (RRT-SDS)
Current BLS certification for healthcare providers

Nice To Haves

Associate's Degree in Allied Health Care area
Registry in Respiratory Therapy, or in EEG
At least three (3) years of experience in a Sleep Lab, with one year of experience in a supervisory position in a Sleep Disorders Center
