About The Position

Are you a political junkie who loves the high pace nature of the industry? Are you looking to help shape the conservative movement and assist campaigns in their goals?
We are seeking passionate political-minded pros to join the team. Political associates serve as the primary point of contact for campaigns and manage the day-to-day strategy and execution of the services ColdSpark provides.
Candidates should have previous campaign experience, a proven track record for managing client relationships, and an understanding of both digital and traditional campaign strategies. Additionally, candidates should be comfortable writing campaign budgets and copywriting.
Objective of this Role
Directly supporting one of the founding partners in Pittsburgh, PA and political leadership.
Executing internal projects.

Requirements

• Exceptional communication skills via phone, text, email and Slack.
• Solid Excel, Word, Google Suite skills.
• Flexible availability for after business hours for urgent client matters.
• Confidentiality and discretion.
• Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years of prior campaign experience.
• 1+ year of account management experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client relationships and ensure client happiness.
• Manage day-to-day campaign communication.
• Deliver and execute campaign strategy.
• Write compelling copy for mail, digital, fundraising efforts.
• Work alongside the creative and digital teams to hit deadlines and deliver top-quality content.
