Requirements

Must have experience operating a wet coil to coil polishing line
Prior in-depth knowledge and experience of operating a coil to coil polishing line is a requirement.
Basic computer skills including a plus
Willingness to work with a fantastic team of highly experienced operators to lead, develop, and startup a new line

Nice To Haves

Imeas line experience a plus
High School or Technical School graduate preferred

Responsibilities

Participate in the launch of newly installed equipment and help organize training for the team members.
Training should include how to best operate the equipment following the manufacturers training
Lead a team of experienced operators and packaging / crane teammates for eventually a 24 hour a day operations. Initially will startup on first ship and grow the business
Willingness to help grow the business participating in sales calls as needed with OEM's and mill customers
Able to provide guidance in how to optimize performance for the coil to coil process
Be responsible for the quality of the product shipping to customers
