About The Position

The Polisher is an important partner to our kitchen team and is responsible for maintaining, organizing, and stocking all supplies and materials for service, such as china, glass, silver, and linens.

Requirements

Experience in a restaurant support role within a full-service restaurant preferred, but not required
English fluency and additional languages preferred, but not required
Ability to stand or walk long periods of time
Ability to balance & carry multiple plates, glass racks and or/glasses, and lift objects up to 30 lbs.
Availability to work late nights (7 AM - 1 PM)

Demonstrates a willingness to support all team members with the ability to multitask while maintaining a calm demeanor on and off the floor
Ensure all service stations are stocked, organized, and supplies are accessible to the Kitchen Service teams
Create a welcoming and hospitable environment for all guests
Communicates effectively with staff members, management, and the kitchen during service
Demonstrates an eagerness to continue to learn and grow
