Here are the minimum requirements: Mastery of polished concrete skills with proven leadership experience Expertise in working in the field, leading and inspiring a team to achieve outstanding results Valid driver's license You're the dedicated leader who guides your crew in completing quality work, skillfully managing all aspects of the job from start to finish, WHILE WORKING ALONGSIDE YOUR TEAM. As a Polished Concrete Supervisor, you oversee project operations, manage vital administrative duties, and guide your field team in completing top-rate work. You're the hands-on leader who jumps in wherever needed to support efficient operations, communicating with your team to ensure we deliver great results on time and within budget. Reading plans and specifications, you lead your team in fulfilling the client's desires and meeting their needs. You're involved from beginning to end, resolving any problems and doing whatever it takes to keep the project on track. You maintain project records and tirelessly strive to achieve outstanding results that exceed expectations.
