About The Position

Travel Guard is looking for a detail oriented and organized professional to join our team in Stevens Point, WI. In this role, you'll handle a variety of post-sale policy service requests, including policy modifications and cancellations, and a variety of work tasks as assigned, —all while ensuring alignment with policy terms and conditions. You'll play a key role in delivering a seamless customer experience by efficiently processing requests and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, production-driven environment. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, effective multitasking, and a positive, team-oriented mindset.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multi-task and manage a multitude of tasks daily.
• Possess problem solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work a Monday-Friday schedule in addition to month close schedule/extra hours to maintain service levels.

Responsibilities

• Complete a wide variety of departmental tasks such as policy modifications, premium refunds, decline processing.
• Review policy terms and make requested adjustments in accordance with those terms.
• Multi-task to complete assigned tasks and assist with customer requests.
• Meet department production goals while completing tasks.
