Policy Service Associate
About The Position
Higginbotham Financial , has an immediate opening for an Policy Service Associate in their Irvine, CA (Remote Opportunities) office. Higginbotham Financial, one of the nation’s largest independent insurance & financial services firms trusted by thousands of businesses, individuals, and families. Higginbotham provides a single source solution for insurance, financial & HR services through a unified group of regional offices with global capabilities. Higginbotham Financial offers all the resources that differentiate the group, paired with the personal service that further distinguishes us. The responsibilities of the Policy Service Associate will be to provide support for our existing book of business, servicing the policies. This individual will be working closely with both clients, insurance producers and insurance carriers. Utilizing insurance carrier software as well as our own Salesforce database.
Requirements
- Highly proficient with entire Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to learn and utilize varying online technology
- Able to prioritize and balance multiple projects effectively in a high volume, fast-paced environment
- Detailed oriented
- Team player with good interpersonal skills
- Ability and willingness to problem solve
- Bachelor’s degree in related field finance/life insurance: 1-2 years would be highly beneficial
- Insurance License required
Responsibilities
- Tracking premium payments
- Tracking policy conversions
- Reviewing and modifying allocations for IUL policies
- Running /coordinating enforce illustrations
