About The Position

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. We are seeking a Policy Programs and Partnerships manager to join our Policy team to enhance Anthropic's policy brand and influence in Washington and beyond. This role will be instrumental in executing our Policy Programs and Partnerships Strategy, focusing on increasing awareness and understanding of Anthropic's policy views among stakeholders and influencers outside of national security and intelligence circles. This role offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of AI policy, playing a central role in building and executing programs that amplify Anthropic's policy presence in D.C.
