As a Policy Program Manager for Devices Trust & AI Policy at Amazon, you will play a pivotal role in managing the skills catalog across all Amazon devices, including popular products like the Echo and Dot. This position is designed for an energetic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited about the challenge of leading projects at an Amazonian scale. You will be responsible for owning the digital catalog content policy for AI-enabled experiences, ensuring that all projects align with Amazon's high standards and innovative spirit. In this role, you will leverage your extensive experience in compliance, audit, or risk management to deliver successful projects while managing deadlines and risks across multiple global teams. Your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams will be essential in delivering scalable programs and launching new devices and features to customers worldwide. The environment is dynamic and requires flexibility, energy, and a detail-oriented approach, as you will be tracking numerous threads across various teams. As the Program Manager, you will oversee end-to-end project delivery for AI Content Policy, coordinating with multiple global teams to ensure successful outcomes. You will be tasked with gathering requirements from business owners, writing clear functional specifications, prioritizing features, and driving technical scoping in collaboration with technical program managers. Your role will also involve modeling and designing projects with a future global roadmap in mind, managing the creation of policies, and recommending operational process improvements. You will serve as a primary escalation point for team members and internal business partners, leading business-critical projects that have a global impact. Additionally, you may lead other program managers for larger projects, ensuring that best practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
