About The Position

As a Policy Enforcement Manager at YouTube, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the platform remains a safe space for users by preventing violative content, particularly focusing on harassment. This includes the review of graphic, controversial, and offensive video content in accordance with YouTube's Community Guidelines. In this position, you will need to stay informed about key trends and suspicious patterns across different policy areas. You will oversee enforcement quality, ensuring that calibrations with vendor teams are effective. The role demands strategic thinking and the ability to work cross-functionally to keep users safe while also protecting free speech. Additionally, you will be required to work on-call during weekends and holidays on a rotational basis, which is essential for maintaining the integrity of the platform at all times.
