Whether understanding and solving their online content concerns, navigating within global legal frameworks, or writing and enforcing worldwide policy, the Trust and Safety team is on the frontlines of enhancing the YouTube experience, building internet safety, and protecting free speech in our ever-evolving digital world. As a Policy Enforcement Manager for Graphic Violence, you will be responsible for ensuring that we constantly grow our understanding of trends and risks related to Graphic Violence on YouTube. You will analyze how dangerous individuals operate on the internet to help us identify and mitigate harmful content with urgency. In this role, you will help implement and enforce policies across millions of videos while defining global operational plans in collaboration with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Vendor Operations, Analytics, Policy, and Legal. You will review graphic, controversial, and offensive video content in line with YouTube’s Community Guidelines. You may also be required to work on-call on weekends and holidays.
