Whether understanding and solving their online content concerns, navigating within global legal frameworks, or writing and enforcing worldwide policy, the Trust & Safety team is on the frontlines of enhancing the YouTube experience, building internet safety, and protecting free speech in our ever-evolving digital world. As a Policy Enforcement Manager working in the Cross Policy and New Products space, you will be part of a tight knit, global team with exposure across all of Trust and Safety’s verticals, as well as a close partnership with YouTube product teams. In addition, you will also oversee Operations for several products as part of our cross-policy (XPOL) business, which features a portfolio of 1200 agents, 200+ queues, and 70+ languages. This role is Changing, highly visible, and has a large scope. In this role, you will design and implement enforcement and operations workflows to support new product/feature launches, monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for our product portfolio and provide timely and clear communications across the YouTube Trust and Safety organization. With your skills of new and existing products, you will also provide key insights and recommendations for new feature risk assessments.
