In this role, you will be responsible for managing policy, documentation, and security compliance initiatives across multiple teams and stakeholders. Your day-to-day activities will include updating the HQ GO.gov Communications Plan and producing a bi-monthly newsletter to ensure all parties remain informed of key developments. You will maintain and update roles and responsibilities documentation, ensuring designated points of contact for each component are current and accurate. As a subject matter expert, you will guide teams on T&E policies, practices, and Federal Travel Regulations, while also translating complex GSA Security Reading Room information for the DHS HQ PMO team and DHS OCIO leadership. You will oversee identity and access management operations, focusing on the implementation and maintenance of centralized Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions. Ensuring FISMA compliance will be a critical part of your responsibilities, as will validating security packages for FLETC ADTRAV ATU and supporting FLETC go-live preparations, Authority to Operate (ATO) processes, and post go-live requirements or issues. Your role will also involve managing communications and documentation within the OCIO Teams channel, requiring strong client communication skills and a proactive approach to addressing security and compliance matters. Familiarity with security compliance frameworks, experience with SSO/MFA solutions, and a background in managing cross-functional communications will be highly beneficial in this position.
