The Policy and Procedure Documentation Coordinator at Denver Air Connection is responsible for maintaining and updating the company's manual system to ensure compliance with federal regulations and company policies.   • Ensure the company's manual system is kept up to date and conforms to federal regulations and company standards.
  • Review and revise existing manuals, policies, and procedures to ensure they reflect the most current regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Work closely with operations, maintenance, and safety teams, as well as other Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), to gather information for policy and procedural documentation.
  • Coordinate the development of new and revised documents, ensuring they meet the needs of the relevant departments while maintaining compliance with federal regulations.
  • Ensure proper storage and accessibility of company manuals and documentation via electronic platforms or document management systems.
  • Assist in the development of training materials for operational, safety, and maintenance procedures, ensuring that they are clear and easy to understand.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in professional writing, preferably within the aviation industry.
  • Proven experience working with teams to create and maintain procedural documentation.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and other related editing software.
  • Ability to understand and interpret federal regulations and how they apply to the aviation industry, particularly related to airline operations.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and practices in aviation safety, maintenance, and operations.
  • Excellent written communication skills and a strong command of the English language.
  • Ability to understand technical information and translate it into clear, user-friendly language.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to proofread and edit content for accuracy, consistency, and clarity.
