About The Position
The Police Officer Trainee position at the Anaheim Police Department is designed for motivated individuals seeking a career in law enforcement. This non-sworn role involves participating in essential training to prepare for the entry-level Police Officer classification. Successful trainees will graduate from the P.O.S.T. Basic Police Academy and may be promoted to Police Officer on a probationary basis, contingent upon maintaining a valid POST Basic Certificate.
