Who We’re Looking For Certified Polestar or EV Technicians (all levels encouraged to apply) Strong diagnostic and electrical repair skills Familiarity with high-voltage safety protocols and EV systems Committed to quality work, efficiency, and getting it right the first time Positive, team-oriented attitude Desire to learn and grow with a fast-moving EV-focused dealership Responsibilities Perform thorough vehicle inspections, diagnostics, and repairs with a focus on electric powertrains Service and maintain braking, steering, suspension, and electrical systems Complete test drives and quality checks to confirm repairs Communicate effectively with service advisors and, when needed, customers Accurately document all work performed in line with Polestar brand standards High Volume = Steady Work Our reputation for premium EV service keeps customers coming back — and bays full.
