About The Position
We're looking for a Pole Crew Foreman, based out of Irving, TX, to join our team and help connect America. This position involves directing crewman in the completion of assigned tasks to assure quality and safety adherence relating to placing Utility Poles, and installing/repairing cable. The foreman will operate diesel or gasoline powered equipment on the job site, including Backhoe, Trencher, Directional Bore, Digger Derrick, and Pole/Bucket Truck. The role also includes responsibilities such as placing utility poles, locating buried wiring/cabling, installing underground telecommunications cabling, flagging for safe coordination of vehicles and equipment, property or worksite restoration, and inspecting equipment and work quality.
