Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment. Responsible for providing guidance and daily supervision to staff in the Poker area. Supports and administers operational goals and monitors achievements of performance and profit objectives. Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates customer service in accordance with departmental and company standards and programs. Ensures customer service standards are followed by all team members and addresses issues as they arise. Responsible for supporting compliance to departmental budgets. Schedules, trains, motivates, evaluates, and supervises staff in order to ensure that employees receive adequate guidance and resources to accomplish established objectives. Establishes and monitors standard operating procedures, guidelines, and objectives; maintains administrative processes. Maintains appropriate staffing in order to ensure efficient operation of the Poker Room. Determines when to open and close Poker games; monitors games in progress in order to maintain optimum operating efficiency while meeting customer needs. Supervises games in progress to ensure game security, compliance with established departmental policies and guidelines, and adherence to gaming regulations. Responsible for game spread to provide optimal labor efficiency and guest service. Monitors chips and cash transactions between dealers and customers and ensures that proper payout amounts are paid to customers, in accordance with established procedures. Accounts for chips on Poker games. This includes making fills and credits as needed. Responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance within area of authority and reporting potential issues to management. Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters.
