About The Position
The Poker Dealer is responsible for dealing poker games to guests and promoting excellent guest service. This position requires compliance with applicable Tribal, Federal, and other laws and gaming regulations, as well as Kickapoo Lucky Eagle policies and procedures. The Poker Dealer must ensure the highest possible standards of guest services by properly listening and responding to guest and team member concerns and questions. They are responsible for communicating with Floor Supervisors, maintaining table security, and managing cash equivalents accurately. The role also involves monitoring compliance with Federal currency transaction reporting requirements and maintaining confidentiality of information.
