Requirements

  • Experience as a Poker Dealer.
  • Excellent guest service and communication skills.
  • Professional attitude and team spirit.
  • A passion for creating an exciting, memorable gaming experience.

Responsibilities

  • Perform the functions of a Dealer on an assigned shift.
  • Deal an assigned game in accordance with established policy and procedures.
  • Conduct the assigned game with respect to Seminole Gaming’s Compliance and Regulations.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and enjoyment on a particular assigned table game.
  • Provide superior customer service and positively affect interactions with customers and employees.
  • Explain aspects of various games to gaming patrons as called upon.
  • Process all cash and maintain proper handling and accounting for assigned property items.
  • Maintain familiarity with other gaming and entertainment/service activities for the guests.
  • Create and ensure a fun-filled, entertaining and exciting environment.
  • Treat Guests with a sense of caring and individuality while effectively identifying their specific needs.
  • Inform Supervisor of Guest needs which may require special accommodations.
  • Show special recognition of frequent Guests.
  • Maintain a safe, clean and comfortable environment for Guests at all times.
  • Handle Team Member and Guest concerns/dissatisfaction and disputes timely and professionally.
  • Promote positive public relations and create an enjoyable atmosphere for all.
  • Inspect and ensure a clean, safe working environment.
  • Maintain a professional and positive relationship with vendors, Guests and co-workers.
  • Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures.
  • Ensure prompt and discrete notification to management of any observation of illegal acts or internal ethics violations.
