Evaluate marketing and sales events to maximize margins and top line sales. Coordinate with Dept Buyers to maintain department and category optimized financial metrics and track target achievement Drive product outcomes that help achieve business outcomes Create, dig into and use data and insights to identify opportunities to improve speed, quality, efficiency, effectiveness and merchant experience across POS issue types and providers. Develop strong relationships and grow communication pathways with cross-functional company leaders to continue evangelizing and building confidence in POS Support operations Work with the Partner Operations and Product teams to problem solve, scope improvements and build solutions that address quality issues upstream Identify weaknesses, gaps and bottlenecks in our operational processes so we can deliver high quality support to all portions of our business Create and manage a team based environment with staff and continually evolve developing a positive atmosphere within the department; Develop systems and procedures to utilize all aspects of POS system. Explore and maximize the capabilities of this software. Handle all communications with POS system support personnel, to include troubleshooting equipment and software issues, determining when technical support contact is needed, and opening up and following up on technical support tickets. Keep management and affected store personnel abreast of system issues. Collaborate with a cross-functional team to build the Modern POS platform.
