About The Position
The Point of Sale Technician role is a dynamic position that combines customer support, technical support, problem-solving, and sales. The technician will be responsible for installing, training, and supporting clients using point-of-sale systems while also engaging in door-to-door prospecting to generate leads and close sales. This position requires adaptability and a hands-on approach to troubleshooting, with travel to various locations across Long Island, Queens, and occasionally Manhattan.
