POINT OF CARE TESTING COORDINATOR - MLS2 (PART-TIME, 50%, DAYS, HYBRID)

Ambulatory and Allied Care Services (AACS) Offsite Clinic Point of Care Testing (POCT) Program performs testing on patient specimens in a clinic setting outside of the medical center. The AACS POCT department has an outstanding opportunity for a part-time, 50%, day shift POINT OF CARE TESTING COORDINATOR (MEDICAL LABORATORY SCIENTIST). The person in this role will work in a collaborative relationship with Laboratory Medicine to assure the quality of the POCT Program in Harborview Offsite Clinics. The person in this role is a liaison and resource person between Laboratory Medicine Clinical Laboratory and AACS. Additionally, this role provides tools and resources to POC testing staff to meet regulatory compliance.
