As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing all menu items according to established recipes and yield guides. You will direct, train, and monitor the performance of other Line Cooks, ensuring that work areas and equipment are organized, clean, and sanitary. Your role will involve preparing and assigning production and prep work for Line Cooks, reviewing priorities, and communicating any changes to assignments throughout the shift. You will set up your work station with the necessary mise en place, tools, equipment, and supplies, and will also be responsible for breaking down work stations and completing closing duties at the end of your shift. Additionally, you will inform the Sous Chef of any supplies that need to be requisitioned for the day's tasks.
