Requirements

• Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree
• Active and unrestricted state licensure to practice in New York
• Strong diagnostic, clinical, and patient communication skills
• Ability to work independently with a flexible and adaptable approach
• Must be comfortable traveling to different clinic locations within the Brooklyn area

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in an urgent care setting is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat a wide range of foot and ankle conditions in an urgent care setting
• Provide both preventive and therapeutic care, including minor surgical procedures, wound care, and casting
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure patient-centered care
• Travel to various urgent care locations in the Brooklyn area as needed
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Educate patients on foot health, prevention, and treatment options
