About the position

Who What Wear + Marie Claire's podcast team is hiring a Podcast Production Assistant to work across our growing slate of shows (Second Life, The Who What Wear Podcast, and Marie Claire's Nice Talk with Nikki Ogunnaike). If you're interested in becoming a producer, this is a wonderful entry-level opportunity with a ton of room to grow your skills. This is a great position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment (we produce three shows a week, every week!) and enjoys a balance of creative work and logistical problem-solving. This is a temporary contract position through September 2025 (with the possibility of extension) that reports to the Supervising Producer. This is a hybrid role working partly from home and partly from our office (Los Angeles preferred, although open to New York). Please include a cover letter in your application telling us why you want the job!
