About The Position

Associates disassemble the entire engine core, which includes removal of bolts, rings, seals, connector rods, pistons, cylinder heads, etc... Associates do this by using various tools like impacts, drills, sockets, hammers, and specialized tooling. After removing the parts, they will then load the various parts in a basket, prepping them to be washed. Must have excellent attention to detail, strong hand dexterity and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• The ability to lift, bend, push, pull and move materials up to 50lbs.
• The ability to stand or walk an entire shift (can be approx... 8-10 hours)
• The ability to use handheld tools such as impacts, hammers, and drills.
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong hand dexterity
• Problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Disassemble engine cores using various tools (impacts, drills, sockets, hammers, specialized tooling)
• Remove bolts, rings, seals, connector rods, pistons, cylinder heads, etc.
• Load parts into baskets and prep them for washing
