Associates will utilize a soda/media blaster to remove any excess dirt or rust. The parts are then loaded onto a cart. Then the product will be inspected and repaired to be ready for final cleaning and assembly. This individual must be detail oriented along with having strong hand dexterity. Associates utilize various tools such as an orbital sander, bench grinder, welding torch, etc. They repair worn bolt holes, weld cracks, sand and grind parts to a smooth finish, and many other small part repairs to return them to new condition. Parts that are not salvageable must be ordered using a computer. The position will require computer usage and problem-solving skills along with preferred tig and stick welding experience.
