About The Position
The Medical Assistant/Certified Medical Assistant at Pocatello ENT is responsible for assisting the physician with patient care, both clerical and clinical. The role requires conveying a positive image of the clinic, collecting and processing routine testing, and returning results to the doctor. The Medical Assistant will provide excellent customer service to patients, doctors, and other medical staff, work well under pressure, and prioritize tasks effectively. Responsibilities include performing CLIA waived moderate testing, managing patient referrals, pulling charts, filing, cleaning and wrapping instruments, stocking rooms, reconciling labs, rooming patients, taking vitals and history, and handling various administrative tasks such as checking patients in and out, collecting payments, and answering phones.
