About The Position

The PNW2 Repack Clerk’s primary responsibility is to meet all customer service repack/relabel requirements. This position involves repacking and relabeling BMW PNW2 requirements that necessitate specific smaller shipping quantities. The clerk will manage systematic processes within the MRP system and is responsible for the proper management and consumption of partial containers. The role requires following all packaging guidelines and collaborating with the shipping clerk and production planner to ensure that all shipping requirements are met in a timely manner. Additionally, the clerk must maintain cleanliness of the work area, comply with all Environmental Requirements and Policies, and report any Environmental incidents to the immediate supervisor. Other duties include keeping the warehouse organized, clean, and in good condition per 5S initiatives, following safety rules, training new employees, and being available on an on-call basis on weekends. The position may also involve serving on special project teams such as Kaizen and 5S.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED plus one to three months’ related experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Previous warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment is desired.
  • Forklift Experience desired.
  • Knowledge of production processes, machines and tools, scales used to do weigh counting, Plex or similar ERP system, and scanner gun systems.
  • Ability to count, verify, and key on hand quantities into the ERP system (Plex).
  • Ability to navigate the shipping and receiving module in the ERP system (Plex).
  • Ability to adjust the controls of a machine or vehicle quickly and repeatedly to exact positions required.
  • Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, occasionally up to 75 pounds.

  • Serve on special project teams (Kaizen, 5S etc.).
