About The Position

The Contract Analyst supports PNW PACE Partners by reviewing, analyzing, drafting, and negotiating contracts while ensuring accurate claim adjudication and full adherence to contractual terms. This role partners closely with our Third-Party Administrator (TPA) to ensure contract language is correctly configured and interpreted. Responsibilities also include conducting internal audits to validate alignment with contracted terms, timely filing requirements, and fee schedules. This role requires expert-level Excel knowledge and experience, including data management, advanced formulas, and pivot tables. Experience with Medicare reimbursement methodologies is strongly preferred. Position Summary The Contracts Analyst is an exciting opportunity providing support to contract managers by reviewing, analyzing, drafting and negotiating MultiCare contracts. In this dynamic role, you will apply your contract expertise as you assist with a range of complex, routine and non-routine contracts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in law
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience developing, implementing, operating or maintaining analytics for contract processes and/or business support required
  • Negotiation skills required

Nice To Haves

  • Paralegal degree/certification preferred
  • Healthcare experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Prepare contracts, amendments, and statements of work in accordance with company policy, legal requirements and specifications under the guidance of the contracts manager
  • Review and negotiate contractual terms and conditions for routine contracts
  • Ensure all assigned contracts are executed per policies, uploaded to the contract database and linked to applicable purchase orders; maintains the contract database with all required data including expiration/renewal date, product information and related licensing terms
