About The Position
The College of Engineering and Sciences at Purdue University Northwest (PNW) invites applications for a tenure-track position at the rank of Assistant Professor in Applied and Computational Mathematics within the Department of Mathematics and Statistics. This 9-month academic appointment will commence in August 2025. The Department of Mathematics and Statistics at PNW is committed to fostering diversity in all aspects of faculty responsibilities, including scholarship, teaching, and community engagement. The department offers a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics and Statistics with three distinct concentrations: Computational Mathematics, Statistics and Data Science, and Secondary Teaching.
