SUMMARY: The Pneumatic/Electronic Controls Technician performs maintenance testing, and repairs on all electronic, electrical, and pneumatic control systems as related to refrigeration and HVAC systems. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Install, maintain, repair, adjust and clean all HVAC and associated equipment and systems. Must be well versed in the use of many and varied types of test equipment such as volt-meters, ammeters, amprobes, psychrometers, capacitor analyzer temperature testers, leak detectors, micrometer, CO2 testers, vacuum gauges, meggers and must possess outstanding eye-hand coordination. Inspects completed work for conformance to standards. Possess excellent organizational and troubleshooting skills. Keep daily logs and records of all maintenance functions. Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults with HVAC systems. NON-ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Other work-related duties as assigned.
