Veracode is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Strategy PMO Summer Intern to support execution across key strategic initiatives and product launches. This role sits within the Strategy & Operations / PMO function and offers hands-on exposure to cross-functional program management, executive communication, and operational process building in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with strong communication skills, an interest in program management, and the ability to bring structure and clarity to complex, fast-moving workstreams.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Operations, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Interest in strategy, operations, or program management

Responsibilities

  • Product Launch Support
  • Support execution of Tier 1–3 product launches in partnership with the Program Lead (VP, Strategy & Operations / PMO)
  • Coordinate launch cadence by:
  • Scheduling and facilitating launch meetings and working sessions
  • Tracking milestones, deliverables, and dependencies across the launch lifecycle
  • Partner with Marketing to maintain and refresh monthly Tier 4 communications for customer-facing teams (Sales, Customer Success, Support)
  • Ensure communications are accurate, clear, and consistently delivered
  • Strategic Program Tracking & Executive Updates
  • Maintain tracking across key strategic programs to ensure clear ownership and forward progress
  • Support development of executive-ready updates (written and presentation-based), including:
  • Progress summaries and milestone tracking
  • Risks, dependencies, and key decisions
  • Clear articulation of changes since prior updates
  • Process Documentation & Enablement
  • Partner cross-functionally to document critical workflows and operating processes
  • Develop standardized, easy-to-follow documentation to support:
  • Team onboarding
  • Self-service enablement
  • Build and maintain a centralized process library to improve accessibility and reduce reliance on informal knowledge sharing
  • PMO Knowledge Hub (Verahub) Ownership
  • Maintain and enhance the PMO Verahub page as a central source of truth
  • Ensure visibility into:
  • Active programs and product launch portfolio
  • Process documentation and key resources
  • Templates, guides, and “how-to” materials
  • Clear guidance on how stakeholders can engage with PMO
