About The Position
The PMO Specialist will provide operational PMO support on an ongoing basis, developing IT project management guidelines and templates to drive project standardization within AHM IT CF and AHMS Division. The role involves reviewing projects for adherence to the J-Flow process and implementing any corrective actions needed. The specialist will also support program/project management updates, including roles and responsibilities (RACI), PMO activity/checklist, financial management (weekly, monthly, and forecast event financials), resource management/loading, project estimation process, weekly status reporting, and project governance (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.).
