About The Position

The PMO Project Manager at Little Caesars is responsible for implementing strategic projects and programs, managing the full life cycle of complex projects, and ensuring successful project completion. This role involves developing project charters, budgets, schedules, and resources, as well as managing change and communication plans. The position requires collaboration with various business units to define performance levels and manage vendor performance, while also driving organizational change and maintaining relationships across the company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related areas of study.
  • At least three (3) years' experience in developing strategies for project management.
  • Previous experience in leadership of project teams or work groups.
  • Experience managing vendors and contractors for service level compliance.
  • Ability to identify stakeholders and build relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with project metrics and reporting.
  • Ability to research and develop business cases and make recommendations.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and adapt to changes in priorities.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with internal and external audiences.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full life cycle of enterprise-wide, highly complex, and strategic projects.
  • Collaborate with business unit leaders to define performance and service levels.
  • Create service level agreements (SLA's) and monitor vendor/contractor performance against SLA's.
  • Drive organizational change and communication initiatives.
  • Work with customer groups to project scope, financials, timelines, and project milestones.
  • Advise management of any issues requiring intervention.
  • Collaborate with functional departments on staff utilization and training.
  • Act as a liaison between the PMO, internal business units, and service providers.
  • Develop and track pre- and post-project metrics.
  • Build and maintain relationships across business units and participate in cross-functional committees.
  • Follow standard project management industry standards.
