The PMO Operations Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling and monitoring of water/sewer repairs and facilities maintenance rounds for Chicago Department of Water Management (DWM). This position will coordinate and track applicable permits for water and sewer repairs; provide support within the DWM management team, including documentation, communications, reporting, and coordination. Due to the nature of the role, this individual should have strong communication skills, be comfortable with Salesforce and InforEAM or other Asset management tools.
