We are seeking a skilled PMO (Project Management Office) Operations Manager within Collins Digital Technology to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Project Management Office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management methodologies, portfolio financial management, excellent organizational and leadership skills, experience in agile methods and a proven track record of driving operational efficiency. What YOU will do: Develop and implement standardized project management processes and templates to streamline project delivery and drive efficiency and consistency across all projects. Establish and maintain project management tools and reporting to facilitate project planning and execution, status reporting, and financial management. Monitor project performance against key metrics, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as needed. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance productivity. Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship on project management best practices, tools, and methodologies to ensure adherence to processes and the successful execution of projects. Ensure execution of portfolio financial commitments. Providing services to the PMO for forecasting & planning, actuals analysis, capital requests and variance analysis. Lead the Lean Agile Center of Excellence as the Product Manager providing leadership strategic direction, escalation of critical issues and establishment of common processes.
