The Impact You´ll Make in this Role As the PMO Network Strategy and Execution Leader, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Project Lead for strategic and complex transitional Supply Chain projects with cross functional and global project teams. This includes end-to-end responsibility from scoping to execution. Definition of scope, targets, deliverables, schedules, dependencies, resources and milestones together with senior leadership. Ensuring the deliverables of the project stages and preparing the stage gate decision meetings. Responsible for cost, deadlines, quality, resources and compliance with 3M policies. Manage Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions (RAID) logs across initiatives to mitigate derailments, proactively escalating significant risks where necessary. Act as the primary escalation contact for functional and cross-functional project challenges. Continuously refine project methodologies and train stakeholders in effective implementation practices. Offer structured support to leaders and teams during challenging transitions, recognizing the emotional and operational impact of organizational evolution. Manage and administrate project reporting and governance systems. Maintain accurate project documentation. Adherence and improvements of the related processes, systems, standards and tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
  • Fifteen (15) years of project/program leadership experience in a private, public, government or military environment

Nice To Haves

  • Fifteen (15) years of project/program leadership experience in a manufacturing or Supply chain setting in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Proven expertise in strategic project leadership within large-scale corporate environments or similar transformation roles.
  • Delivery-focused with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Ability to conceptualize strategic priorities while tracking granular implementation details (RAID logs, dependencies).
  • Strong financial acumen and proven track record in financial operations alignment and project value realization.
  • Advanced interpersonal communications tailored to address leadership, transformation teams, and functional areas comprehensively.
  • Proven change management skills, experience with management of confidential information, and ability to lead teams through change and adapt to different circumstances.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify gaps and provide solution-driven insights.
  • Master’s degree in Manufacturing, Business, or an equivalent field; PMP or related certifications (eg: DMAIC Lean Six Sigma BB, agile scrum master) are strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (esp. Excel & PowerPoint), PBI, SAP, and 3M ESC Analytics & Reports.
